CLA Governance Retreat
Half-day session that includes a comprehensive board self-evaluation, relevant industry-specific education and engaging round-table sessions aimed at identifying and deepening the board’s understanding of club and board priorities.
Components such as:
• Board self-evaluation conducted via online survey (Club Benchmarking/Qualtrics)
• Discovery/situational analysis phase generating customized, relevant and timely identification of roundtable retreat topics
